When we receive a design request, we will first listen to your requests and survey the site, and then we will propose an initial plan.
[Basic design]
If you are satisfied with our proposal, we will enter into a design contract and then begin basic design work.
Here, we hold repeated meetings to discuss details such as the finishing materials inside and outside the building, storage capacity, and household flow, and then create drawings to estimate the construction costs.
[Detailed design]
Once the drawings for the estimate are complete, we obtain estimates from construction companies and adjust the construction costs.
At the same time, we also handle confirmation application procedures and create detailed drawings to begin construction.
After receiving permission from the government and signing a construction contract with the construction company, construction can finally begin.
[On-site supervision]
After construction begins, we visit the site about once a week to check that the construction is being carried out according to the drawings. We also hold regular meetings with the client about once every two weeks to confirm the progress and the actual space, and then decide on the finer details.
At the end of the site supervision, we will carry out a client inspection and a design inspection to hand over a high-quality space.

When designing for renovations, costs such as demolition and equipment updates need to be managed differently than for new construction.
Therefore, before proceeding with the basic design, it is necessary to survey the target building with a specialist contractor.
We conduct a thorough survey of the existing building and complete drawings that reflect the results to estimate the construction costs.

Once the drawings for the estimate are complete, we obtain estimates from construction companies and adjust the construction costs.
At the same time, we also carry out confirmation applications, if necessary, and prepare detailed drawings for the start of construction. Once permission is granted from the government and a construction contract is signed with a construction company, construction can finally begin.
