Toyama Terrace Hasumachi TARAREBA
The proposed site is near Hasumachi Station on the Toyama Light Rail Toyamako Line, in an area formerly used as housing for prefectural employees, surrounded by Baba Memorial Park and the Fugan Canal. Based on a renovation plan by Toyama Technical High School, winner of the 8th High School Student Architecture Koshien in 2017, the proposal was submitted to develop the complex into a business startup support facility and housing for U-turn residents.
