REZONA sengokumachi
Located across from the Toyama District Court, this three-story reinforced concrete building with an impressive brick tile exterior was formerly a residence and law office and has been converted into a shared house targeted at entrepreneurs and legal trainees.
The theme is learning and for residents to inspire and improve each other, and a shared living/dining/kitchen area with an island kitchen in the center is planned on the third floor, creating a place where residents can interact with each other.
The second floor is centered around six private rooms, and is designed as a space for static learning where people can face each other, including a workspace and library. The space is different from the third floor, and the private rooms and bathrooms are efficiently arranged.
This project is not simply a rental property that emphasizes business viability, but an experiment in a new way of leasing old buildings, and we believe it will be an attempt to bring new value to real estate in regional cities.
I hope that many young people will leave this place feeling inspired and inspired.
