A plan for a dental clinic with an attached training facility, located in a residential area (semi-fire prevention zone) in Toyama City.

By creating a pleated, uneven surface on the building's exterior, we attempted to create an impressive facade that would serve as a focal point, while simultaneously providing sun shading, privacy control, and preventing the spread of fire from neighboring properties.

The clinic is located on the second floor, and the interior design aims to create a space with minimal noise, while also providing an experience where patients can gently perceive the changing light and the movement of clouds during treatment.

The training space on the first floor features a garden, sofas, and a kitchen, creating a relaxed, home-like atmosphere for breaks and training. The kitchen, equipped with features such as a sink and induction cooktop, is designed to be a central hub for communication among staff, and its unique design sets it apart from typical home kitchens.

This is more than just a clinic design; it presents a new kind of workspace where both guests and staff can relax, rest, learn, and work.
