Located in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, this complex has three uses: cooking classes, offices, and apartment complexes.

Because the building has three different uses, different approaches were created for each, separating the traffic lines, while the building volume was designed to form a unified whole.As the construction site is in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, a pottery production area, original tiles were developed in collaboration with a local tile manufacturer, giving the facade a distinct character.
