This home is based on the concept of living with your car, and is low-cost yet has an inner garage for two cars.

Generally, a house with a garage is called a "garage house," but since the garage portion of this house accounts for a large proportion, we named it a "house garage." The living area is all finished with plywood, creating a monocoque interior, leaving room for the resident to customize it themselves.

Taking advantage of the beautiful riverside location, the intention was to carefully capture the scenery seen through the garage and the view from the picture window in the loft.
