The former bank building, which was closed off to the community, has been renovated into a tenant building with the intention of housing restaurants and offices.
By opening up part of the facade and connecting it to the town through a terrace, the building has been reborn as an open structure that is connected to the town.
By utilizing the appearance of the existing building and the rough appearance of the structure created by demolition, a unique space has been created that cannot be expressed in a newly constructed building.
