apéro. wine bar aoyama
A wine bar located in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
The French owner personally travels around wine regions to introduce wines he has discovered, and you can enjoy pairing them with local French cuisine.
The flat, mortar-coated counter is symbolically placed so that customers can enjoy wine while chatting over the counter.
In addition, by providing a variety of seating options, including table seats, sofa seats, and large tables suitable for events, the space can be used for a variety of occasions.
The cellar room, which can store around 1,000 bottles of wine at any one time, is made of glass and steel and is used as an eye-catching and communication tool within the store.
Taking advantage of the tenant's large glass surface, we installed steel screens with a wine bottle and wine glass motif, and randomly placed incandescent light bulbs to create a unique look for the facade.
