高台の家
A detached house built on elevated ground with an existing retaining wall.
The plan was to rebuild on the land where the client's parents' home was originally located. The southwest side of the site is wide open, and we took advantage of this feature by creating large openings on each floor. We reused the fixtures and transoms from the former home, planning to leave memories of the family home in various places throughout the building.
